Is it possible to request a sample?

Our policy is to provide free samples in exchange for sharing the data on the use of samples are provided. Please contact our sales team at sales@nexel.co.kr for further information.

Are there discounts for bulk orders?

There is a discount depending on the order quantity. Please reach out to sales@nexel.co.kr for further information.

Is it possible to purchase cells from the same lot as a previous order?

We accept requests for lot-specific purchases as long as stock is available. If you want to purchase the same lot continuously, you can hold it by deciding the quantity and purchasing schedule of the lot in advance. For inquiry for the maximum available quantity, please reach out to sales@nexel.co.kr. 

What are the terms of delivery?

Domestic: All shipments are packed in dry ice and should arrive within 1 business day of shipping. Shipping will commence within 3 business days of order confirmation. We provide the tracking number upon shipping and you can check the exact time of delivery with your local courier.

Overseas: All shipments are packed in dry ice and a thermometer is included to track the temperature during shipping. All shipments are made through FedEx and shipping fees are included in the final price. Shipments will be delivered within 7 business days of shipping. To prevent delays over weekends, all overseas shipments commence on the Monday after order confirmation. This may be delayed if there are additional requirements either by you or the customs office in question. Please reach out to sales@nexel.co.kr for additional documentation.

How can I purchase and pay for the product?

Domestic : You can purchase the product through our website or by directly contacting our sales team at sales@nexel.co.kr. Card payment is available only on the website. If you need to issue a tax bill, please proceed with your purchase through our sales team. Tax bill will be issued on the day of receipt.

Overseas :  You can purchase the product through our website or by directly contacting our sales team at sales@nexel.co.kr. Card payment is available only on the website. For payments by wire transfer, please contact our sales team.
